On the stretch of interconnected narrow streets called 'Strædet' you will find heaps of specialty shops dealing in everything from arts and crafts, antiques, to second hand clothing. At 14, Læderstræde, designers Ditte Reckweg and Jelena Schou Nordentoft run a small store dedicated to unique pottery and glas art. Both designers were educated at Danmarks Designskole. Stilleben represents a cross selection of Danish and European ceramist and designers. Items range from simple everyday articles to unique bowls and serving dishes. The requirement that all products be functional and made of good materials is absolutely essential to the owners.
