Additionally, there's a balcony accessible either from the living room or the bathroom, featuring an additional chargeable outdoor hot tub. The customer must carefully read the instructions for use of the outdoor hot tub and commit to following them when booking the hot tub. It is not recommended to use the outdoor hot tub if the temperature is -20 degrees or colder.

Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms, each with two 90 x 200 cm beds. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into two extra beds. Child gates are provided at both the top and bottom of the stairs. The second bedroom upstairs has a skylight that can be blacked out with an electrically operated blackout blind if needed.
