Apartment Paco - Three-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View

Haus:
Apartment Paco is a self catering accommodation located in Dubrovnik, next to the Rixos Libertas Hotel. It features furished balcony with a view of the Old City walls and the sea. Free Private Parking is on the guest disposal. Apartment Paco features Air Conditioning, WiFi and SAT LCD TV. A view of the Old City walls and the sea is provided from the master bedroom. It provides You with three Double Bedroom and fully equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Oven, Toaster and Dining Area. Bathroom features Shower and Jacuzzi. Free Private Parking , additional Sofa for two more persons and Hair Dryer are on the guest disposal. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. Old City Dubrovnik is only 5 minutes a ride by bus. Nearest Bus Stop is 300 meters from the apartment. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 17 km away.

The appartement was very stylish, extremely neat, close to old town! We had several contact before , the owner gave us welcome gift and helper us with parking!!! Nice rooms, perfect shower and nice view on the beach from THE balcony! Just perfect!!

I have nothing bad to say about the villa, Antonija and her sister were both fabulous and we all had a wonderful stay at Apartment Paco, I couldn't recommend this apartment more highly! The internet works great, the fridge is large, all the beds and bedrooms are very comfortable, and the views are unbeatable from the large balcony,

Todo fue perfecto, Las personas que llevan el apartamento son encantadoras y muy atentas, Las vistas son fantásticas, Apartamento limpísimo y súper agradable, Tres habitaciones muy espaciosas y dos baños, hay una sola ducha pero es más que suficiente, Hay una playa muy cerca aunque hay que bajar y subir bastantes escaleras, merece la pena, La ciudad vieja está a 15/20 minutos andando por un paseo muy agradable, Repetiríamos sin dudar

Very nice appartement close to the old center (15 minutes walk only) and close to an hotel with a beach and swimming pool, Well decorated and you really feel at home, not in a rental, The access is not so easy, but once you are there, very nice place to stay and to live!

The view was wonderful, The host was welcoming and met us right away after we called, Parking was available, The rooms was spacious and clean, The whole apartment felt very welcoming, We didn't cook during our stay but the kitchen had lots of things, We did make coffee every morning and enjoyed sitting on the deck with the view,

The view from the balcony is first class, comfy accommodation and great facilities, Good WIFI connection, The people looking after the apartment only live next door and were very helpful on the two occasions we had to ask for assistance and we received a really lovely 'bunch' of chocolates on our departure, Plenty of hot water as there was 5 of us staying at the apartment and in some places we have stayed before the water runs cold before the last person has a shower, but not here, There are shutters on all the windows, so this allows you to block sunlight if you want a lie in!! From the balcony you can see part of the old city walls and you will see all the passing tourist boats on their daily trips to Lokrum island, You can also see the cable cars on their way up to the top alongside Fort Imperial on Srd, You can also use the facilities of the Hotel Rixos Libertas including the pools and spa but this is at a cost of HRK 100 (about £10) per day, If you want to get a taxi anywhere just go into the hotel reception and they will order one, It is only about 20 minute walk into the old town and about 35 minutes into Lapad in the opposite direction,
