Apartment Matic - Two-Bedroom Apartment

Haus:
Apartment Matic is situated on Babin Kuk Peninsula, only couple of minutes from the nearest beach and 10 minutes ride to the Old Town. Luggage storage before check in and after check out is available, sot hat you can explore the area a bit more before departure. Free parking is available on site. This lovely two bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four persons. Please note that extra sofa bed is available in living room for child up to 12 years old at cost of 15 Euro per night. It features free Wi- Fi, flat screen SAT TV and air condition. Fully equipped kitchen comes with dining area and spacious living room. Private bathroom includes shower and hair dryer. Furnished terrace is at guests disposal. Washing machine and ironing facilities are available. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a beautiful sea side promenade are a 5-minute walk away. Lapad bay with its promenade and beaches is 5 minutes away. Bank and ATM's, grocery store and bakery are in 300 meters range. This location offers a lot of opportunities to relax, since guests can reach various lovely places in couple of minutes walk. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 23 km away.

The staff were friendly and accommodating when I checked in. The apartment offered good value, especially with how close it was to local shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the comfortable seating on the terrace, it was nice to relax there after a day out.

Easy booking. Easy to find. Host was very kind. Even allowed me to check out later as my flight was in the evening. She may be hard of hearing but honestly she is a great person. Place may need to be updated a bit but I was hardly at the apartment so it was fine. Spacious apartment. Nice smelling rooms. Very close to everything.

Dette sted er en hel vibe! Super tæt på Lapad Bay Beach og den gamle bydel, som er perfekt til nogle søde billeder, Lejligheden er rummelig og har legit alt, hvad du behøver – køkken, Wi-Fi, hyggelig stue, Plus, terrassen? Perfekt til at slappe af efter en lang dag med udforskning, For ikke at nævne, at værterne er super søde, Kan ikke anbefale nok!

We really enjoyed our time at Apartment Matic, The location is awesome, just a quick ride to Old Town and close to the beaches, The apartment itself was really comfortable and had everything we needed, The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could cook meals after a long day of exploring, Plus, the terrace was perfect for morning coffee, We did have a little trouble with the Wi-Fi, it was a bit slow at times but not a huge issue, Overall, would totally recommend this spot for a chill getaway!

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Dubrovnik city, not far from the Old Town (4 km), There is a bus station right across the street and also a supermarket on the ground floor of the building, The host provided us a parking lot (free of charge), \nThe host was waiting for us at the time that we chose for the check-in and was always available at our discretion (if needed), \nThe apartment was clean, spacious and well organized, In the kitchen we could find a lot of stuff (different types of plates, different types of glasses, mugs, cutlery, choppers, a pan, a pot, a coffee machine, a sandwich maker, bags for the garbage, sponges and many more useful things), The fridge was spacious and relatively new, There was also an air conditioner, but we didn&#39,t use it,\nThe bathroom was clean and equipped with a lot of stuff too, It even had big bottles of shampoo and shower gel, There were also a washing machine and a hair dryer,\nThe rooms had comfortable beds with blankets on them, but we could easily find duvets in the closets, \nWe had a good time there and we recommend the apartment if you&#39,re looking for a quiet, spacious and friendly place,
