Villa Iveta - Two-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View (Nikša)

Haus:
Villa Iveta is located only 260 meters from Old City Walls and main promenade inside the walls - Stradun. The Villa features 6 accommodation units. All units feature private bathroom, free WiFi and air conditioning. Some units feature kitchen. Overlooking the Adriatic sea and the Old Town this two bedroom apartment with furnished balcony features free WiFi, air conditioning and LCD TV. The apartment has a equipped kitchen with dining area. The apartment has two private bathrooms. One bathroom comes with shower while the other is fitted with a bathtub. Villa Iveta is located only 260 meters from Old City Walls and main promenade inside the walls - Stradun. The part of the town, where the Villa is located, is very popular because everything you may need is near the accommodation and guests can reach Old Town in less then 3 minutes walk. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 260 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATMs. Nearest beach is 5 minutes walk from the Villa. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 9 minutes ride from the Villa, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19 km away.

Die Villa Iveta liegt super nah an allem. Ich genoss den kurzen Spaziergang zur Altstadt und zum Strand.

Während eines Geschäftstrips habe ich hier übernachtet und fand es passend für meine Bedürfnisse. Das Apartment war sauber, und das vorhandene WLAN war wichtig für meine Arbeit. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos.

10 “Villa Iveta, Dubrovnik” The apartment was absolutely lovely, It had everything we needed and more, We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was a bonus, The outside terrace was fantastic and had incredible views of the sea and town, It was a 5 minute walk to the walled city where there was sooo many restaurants to chose from, You could also catch a bus or get a taxi and groceries close by,,,it's location for us was perfect! We loved our stay here! Thank-you for sharing your home with us! We would totally recommend Villa Iveta!
