Apartment Maru - Two Bedroom Apartment with City View (A4)

Haus:
Apartment Maru is self catering accommodation located in Dubrovnik Old Town. For your safety the Maru Apartment has been disinfected with a Professional Ozone Generator! Note: Guest can access the apartments via key locker code and and there are 3 keys to use. Key code is 2255. This Two Bedroom Apartment features WiFi, air-conditioning and a city view. It provides two connected bedrooms (recommended for families with children), private bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and hair dryer, living room with seating area and cable TV, dining area and kitchen fitted with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, water kettle. Ironing facilities are at guests' disposal. Apartment Maru is located inside the City Walls, so everything one may need is in 300 meters range. The Old Town’s central street Stradun is only 2 minutes walk away. Old Town is a great choice for travelers interested in architecture, food and history. The unit is located 200 meters from Dubrovnik Old Town - Ploce Gate and it is 300 meters from Dubrovnik Old Town - Pile Gate. The apartment is located just 500 meters from the famous Banje beach with many more of them in surrounding area and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minute boat ride away. Taxi and bus station are 5 minute walk from the property. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19 km away.

I cooked some meals in the kitchen with its nice amenities, which helped save money on dining out. It’s located near grocery stores too, so stocking up was simple. Overall, excellent value for anyone looking to save while enjoying Dubrovnik.

Property was in a great location plenty of room for four of us. Unfortunately when we arrived we were half an hour later than our expected check in time. As we walked to the property couldn't see anyone by the main door although there was a woman sat on the wall approximately 5 steps away from where we stood. The four of us had an open conversation stating we didnt know where the key holder was - the woman would of definitely heard this but remained where she sat. Checked emails & Whats App messages nothing received so had to phone booking agent who said they would contact the keyholder and asked me to wait on the phone while he did this, I said i would end the call and re-check my messages to see if anything had arrived and call back if i needed to. A couple of minutes later the woman who was sat on the wall stood up and said "youre late for your selected check in time", she had a total attitude with us and told us off like naughty children.

Als wir das Apartment Maru betraten fühlte sich alles sofort richtig an. Wir waren dankbar dafür wie sauber und ordentlich alles bei unserer Ankunft war. Zusammen in der gut ausgestatteten Küche zu kochen machte unsere Abende besonders nach erlebnisreichen Tagen beim Erkunden historischer Stätten in der Nähe.

Stayed here for three great nights, It had all the charm you wish for, all the amenities you could possibly need, Kate who met us couldn2t do enough to help, If you want to stay in and cook there are enough pots and pans, However you will be spoilt for choice if eating out is more your thing, from pizzerias to fine dinning, One word of warning, although it is two bedrooms, one bedroom leads off the other, This may not suit two couples, Thanks very much for a lovely stay in an enchanting town, We will be back,

Really,,,, the best place to stay!!! the aparment has a very good location, is in the center of historic downtown, Is perfectly good equipped, every room was clean and with their own air conditioner, is a very good choice for a family (parent and 2 children), couple or a group of friends (4 persons), I really enjoyed this place!!! the reception was so kind and Kete is a very nice person,
