Studio Adriatic View - Studio Apartment with Sea View

Apartment Adriatic view is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood 1.7 km from Dubrovnik Old Town. Luggage storage before check in is available. Please be informed that parking in the Zlatni Potok area in Dubrovnik is not possible, as it is a restricted traffic zone within the Old Town. Vehicles can only be left in public garages in the city. We recommend planning your arrival accordingly and using the garages to avoid parking issues or fines. For more information about public garage locations and parking regulations, please visit the official Dubrovnik Tourist Board website or contact us. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a pleasant stay! Note: Parking is not available. This charming studio apartment with sea view and a gallery can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons. It features WiFi, air-conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV. Kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, water kettle, refrigerator and coffee maker. Bathroom includes a shower cabin, hair dryer, washing machine and a dryer. Adriatic View is situated 1 km from the popular Saint Jacob beach and about 1.7 km from Dubrovnik's historic Old Town. Guests can explore sights such as the City Walls, Stradun, Rector's Palace and many more or relax at one of the many cafes and restaurants. Cable car is only 5 min drive away from the apartment which offers stunning views of Dubrovnik and surrounding area. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the area, as well as bakeries and ATM's. Dubrovnik main bus station and ferry port are 5 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 18 km away.

The actual property owner was fantastic! She was willing to help in anyway she could and offer support when her booking company failed us, The location was perfect and had the most spectacular view! The washing machine was an added bonus for us! This place makes accessing the old town super easy and would definitely recommend if you’re happy to walk a touch over a km each day,
