Amorino of Dubrovnik Apartments offers four accommodation units. All apartments feature terrace or balcony with sea view, kitchenette with dining area and a private bathroom. Apartments are 1,5 km away from the Old Town (historic center) the nearest beach is 400 m away from the property. Luggage storage before check in is available since the owner lives on the ground floor. Private parking place is available near the property.. Amorino of Dubrovnik Apartments offers four accommodation units. Apartments are 1,5 km away from the Old Town (historic center) the nearest beach is 400 m away from the property. Apartment will provide you with double bed, double sofa bed, kitchenette with dining area and a private bathroom with shower. Kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster and water kettle. Apartment also features air conditioning, SAT LCD TV, hairdryer and ironing facilities. This apartment will provide you with a lovely balcony with sea view. Guests will have unlimited access to free WiFi and a parking private place near the property. This one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. The UNESCO-protected center (1,5 km away) is known for its architecture and guests can explore its numerous sights, such as the Town Walls and Stradun Promenade. There are also many picturesque cafes and restaurants that invite to relax, as well as beaches, bars and shops. Everything you may need can be reached in 13 minutes walk. The grocery shop, bakery and cafes can be found in 170 meters range. The nearest bus station is 250 meters away, with buses passing frequently. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands are 6,5 km away from the property, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19 km away.

As a budget traveler, I found this place to be a hidden gem. It’s close enough to the Old Town for exploring but also away from the hustle. After spending the day wandering through Dubrovnik, coming back to this apartment was refreshing and relaxing.

Stunning views, Very comfortable studio, Amazing hosts and the perfect location for the old town,We had booked a larger apartment on this property but had to take a smaller studio when we changed dates and were concerned it might be too small or of a lower quality, We should not have worried - this studio apartment was everything we needed and had the BEST balcony and view - way better than expected! \r\n\r\nThe high bed with steps seemed a little strange in the images but it was perfectly fine, The apartment has just been arranged for the best use of space, Everything in this apartment was perfect for us, \r\n\r\nWhat I really loved were:\r\n\r\n1) the bed - super comfortable!\r\n2) the bathroom - great shower and good light plus plenty of mirrors in the apartment so having just one bathroom for a couple didn’t matter\r\n3) the balcony - I thought it might be too small but it was perfect with enough size and covering so that we could enjoy the view without being too exposed, It was also the ideal size to hang out our washing during the day as we had traveled a lot before getting here, The lovely owners gave us an additional rack to dry our things which was very handy,\r\n4) the view - I can’t overstate how beautiful the view of Dubrovnik and Lokrum island was from our balcony, On our last night, we chose to just have cheese, biscuits and wine on our balcony rather than eat in the gorgeous town simply because we didn’t want to waste the experience \r\n5) the owners - Nico gave us a fabulous welcome with an overview of Dubrovnik and its history, It set the scene for our stay and encouraged us to visit the war museum, We were both very glad we did,

Ein sehr schönes Ferien-Apartment für eine Städtereise nach Dubrovnik,Der Blick vom Balkon, auf die Altstadt und das Meer, ist ein Traum! Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber,\r\nAlle Haushaltsgegenstände (Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr etc,) waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, \r\nZur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank sogar mit Wasser, Milch und Saft gefüllt,\r\nDas Apartment ist fußläufig zur Altstadt sehr gut zu erreichen, Zwei kleine Supermärkte sind ebenfalls fußläufig gut zu erreichen,
