Sun loungers and shared BBQ facilities are at the guest disposal as well as foosball, billiards and air hockey. Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed). Cleaning fee is 70 EURO per stay. Damage deposit is 200 EURO. It is one of the most attractive areas in Dubrovnik which offers colourful sight seeings and walks, shopping centre, grocery stores, various entertaining and sports programs and among all remarkable beaches a very famous sandy beach also known as Uvala Lapad which is only few minutes away from the apartments. One can also find a well know cinema Cinestar Dubrovnik which offers an opportunity to spend time enjoying and watching the latest movies. This property is only few minutes away from the nearest beach and 10 minutes ride from the Old Town. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km away.
