Villa Roza - One-Bedroom Apartment

Haus:
Apartments Villa Roza are located in Rožat, quiet little place in Dubrovnik suburbs. It features four accommodation units and all of them will provide you with everything you may need for perfect, relaxing stay. All guests have access to common swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, furnished terrace,BBQ facilities and spa which they can use. Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure. Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed. Below facility is on request available:- "Jacuzzi is available at an additional cost of  EURO10 per hour per person / per hour". This lovely one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to two persons. It features air conditioning, Wi-Fi and flat screen TV. Kitchen is well equipped and comes with combined living room and dining area. Private bathroom includes shower and hair dryer. Apartments Villa Roza are located in Rožat, only 4 km away from the Old City of Dubrovnik. Restaurant, caffe bar, supermarket, ATM, bank and post office are a 4 minutes ride away. Nearest bus stop is 150 meters from the property. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands are 20 minutes ride away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 28 km away.

Die Wohnung kann in Bezug auf die Einrichtung etwas von den gezeigten Fotos abweichen, das Komfortniveau ist jedoch wie beschrieben Das Organisieren von Studentenfeiern, Junggesellenabschieden und Trinkfeiern ist in diesem Haus verboten

Although at first sight from the road it doesn&#39,t look much, its a really nice apartment in a pretty area, The location is just 20 mins bus ride to the Old town, and only €2 (cash) for the journey (buses really frequent, with bus stop practically in front of the apartment), \r\nNice pool to cool down after hot day, Tatayana the host was v,friendly and gave us plenty of tips, and there are some nice restaurants walking distance nearby - and the walk is pleasant along the waterside,
