Located just by the sea on Sipan Island, Guest House Simunovic features a private access to the sea. Owners of the guest house have an eco-friendly farm in the center of Sipan Island, where they grow organic fruit and vegetables and produce olive oil and goat cheese. Guests benefit from free homemade wine, brandy, liqueurs and juices. Public parking is provided 10 meters from ferry port..The Simunovic can also organize daily trips. This beautiful homey double room offers air conditioning, free WiFi, private bathroom and a magnificent sea view. The room comes with her own parking place. There is a shared kitchenette at guests' disposal fitted with a barbecue, fridge and outdoor dining area. This double room can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons. Located just by the sea on Sipan Island. Ferry terminal offering connections to Dubrovnik 4 times a day is 300 meters away. Guests can visit a Renaissance castle and medieval ruins in and around the town of Sudjuradj. A grocery shop, a restaurant and the nearest public beach are all within a 5-minute walk. Dubrovnik ferry port 16 km away.

Wonderful view of the seaExcellent place to stay on Sipan Island, It has a wonderful view of the sea and the port of Sudurad, The room was very comfortable and clean, you have direct access to the beach by just walking down the stairs, The owner is very kind and makes you feel at home, he welcomed us with homemade sweets, they also have excellent wine, which they make themselves, and Yellow (the cat) is cute and friendly, We enjoyed it very much, it was a very peaceful stay, We will definitely come back,

Le vin, les liqueurs maison et le petit déjeuner excellents, La mer à quelques pas avec accès privé est magnifique et la vue splendide depuis les chambres et la terrasse, Les chambres simples et charmantes, le calme et la verdure du jardin permet de se reposer et de déconnecter vraiment, Nous y retournerons sans doute, Petit conseil: prenez un bateau-taxi pour rejoindre le guest house lors de votre arrivée au port avec le ferry, Un grand MERCI à nos hôtes !!! L'accueil de Zdravko et Kate est merveilleux ! Ils sont adorables, à l'écoute de nos désirs, Les discussions autour de la table dans leur cour sont un régal et ils vous informent sur la région, La cuisine extérieure sur la terrasse commune est très conviviale et nous a permis la rencontre intéressante d'autres voyageurs, Les petits plats concoctés par Kate avec des produits bio de leur ferme, ou du poisson pêché sur place sont délicieux ! Vi hadde 5 flotte dager på Guest House Simunovic, Eieren gav oss en varm velkomst og var veldig oppmerksom under hele oppholdet, Selv de dagene vi ikke bestilte frokost, men ordnet oss selv, kom han med egg til gutten vår, Det var gratis vin og frukt til å lage limonade fra fryseren, Utsøkt middag på kveldene, en kunne velge mellom fisk, geit og blekksprut, Det er kun 5 min gange til nærmeste strand, det er også en badeplass rett nedenfor leiligheten, Denne passer best for voksne, men vi var der og badet med vår 3,5 åring på ettermiddagene, måtte imidlertid hoppe uti, Husk badesko! Det er kun en butikk i landsbyen som selger badeutstyr mm, Leiligheten var liten, men ren og pen med deilig aircondition, Uteplassen utenfor er suveren!

One slight drawback is access it is on a hillside, the low path is rough and the high road is steep with a long flight of steps, if you can get there it's worth it,

The small, simple and clean guesthouse with very friendly owners, has a very special location and a marvelous view, The crystal clear water and little rocky beach is just a jump away, We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the morning for breakfast or in the evening watching across to the little harbour of Sudurad or across to the neighbouring Island Lopud, Sitting together with the other guests made it even more fun and very enjoyable, It was easy to go on different excursions or access nearby restaurants, The owners have am organic farm and also offered delicious local food and wine, A very recommendable place,
