Apartments Matea offers three self-catering accommodations are located in Štikovica, a quiet little place in suburbs of Dubrovnik with beautiful beach, just 15 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town. Free parking is available on site. This bright two bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four persons. It features free WiFi, air-conditioning and TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with dining area. Spacious living room includes sofa. Private bathroom comes with shower. Furnished balcony overlooking the sea is perfect for a relaxing family or friends vacation. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. This apartment is located only 50 meters from the popular beach. A restaurant and a bar can be found on the beach. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 6 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 27 km away.

The terrace is a beautiful place to spend your mornings and watch the sun set in the evenings, We BBQd every night and felt very comfortable making ourselves at home, We had been traveling for a while so I asked if I could do some laundry - the hosts gladly helped and went above and beyond (washed, dried, and folded it - was not expecting that!), The beach is a 1 min walk down the hill, It was about a 10min drive to old town Dubrovnik and a grocery store but it was so nice to be outside the chaos but still close to the sea, It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend,
